This 600 hour program is designed to help students build transferable skills and focuses on their ability to understand and demonstrate the following elements of the Automotive industry; planning, management, finance, technical and product skills, basic principles of technology, labor issues, community issues and health, safety, as well as environmental issues.

Automotive Customer Service Advisor is the first line of communication with the customers during their visits to a dealership. Service Advisors play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through the life of a vehicle, and they know that customers’ time is valuable. They strive to ensure all service visits run smoothly and that all customer concerns are addressed and resolved. The Service Advisor also educates customers on some of the new and innovative accessories available to retrofit and upgrade customer vehicles.

Employment Outlook:
